Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to provide a Good Faith Estimate to individuals who do not have insurance or are not using insurance.

1. Right to a Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a written estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including chiropractic care, before receiving the service.

2. Estimate Provision
At Feel Good Chiropractic & Wellness, we offer only cash-based services. You will be provided a written estimate upon request or scheduling.

3. Questions or Disputes
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
